Shipping policy
After receiving your order, each piece is printed, hand-framed and packaged by Left Bank Art Group.
Framed Artwork and Canvases will arrive ready to hang with cord and D-rings.
- Shipping is free Australia-wide
- We cannot deliver to Post Office boxes
- Please ensure all address details are correct when the order is placed and if the delivery address is a business, that the business name is supplied.
- We cannot be responsible for undeliverable items due to incorrect delivery addresses.
- Customer phone numbers must be supplied for the Courier to contact re any issues with delivery. If phone numbers are not supplied, we cannot be responsible for undeliverable items and redelivery charges.
- All parcels require a signature on delivery (if you request ‘authority to leave’ then Left Bank Art Group is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of your parcel.)
- All art is sold on a made-to-order basis, please allow up to 4 weeks production time.
- Shipping is via a courier network and depending on your location we estimate it will take between 2-10 business days.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location. You will be provided with tracking once dispatched.
All orders are dispatched from the Left Bank Art Group workshop based in Luscombe QLD 4207.
If you require your order by a specific date, please ensure this is specified to allow us to work with you to achieve this, however this cannot be guaranteed.
